Job Context
    To keep, maintain & upgraded Accounts & Finance related information in both manual & in software in regular basis.
Job Responsibilities
  • Major Responsibilities (Responsibilities are not limited but also included):
  • Various Accounts related Register maintains & upgrade/update in time in regular basis.
  • Cash Management in professional way.
  • Prepare periodical Accounts related Statement of the Company to meet the Statutory & Regulatory requirement and to address the demand of the Management.
  • Periodical Budget Preparation and forecasting, took approval from the Top Management.
  • Audit bill, voucher & inform Top Management about the dissimilarity or unfairness / malfunction and inquiry (if required).
  • To assist, guide, monitor & to shoot troubles in day to day operations, asses training & development needs to subordinates.
  • Obtain & Maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
  • Reconciliation Accounts related issues.
  • Inventory & Asset Management.
  • Assist Top Management to minimize the cost & expenditure.
  • Keep record of every transaction in professional manner by both Soft copy & Hard copy.
  • Keep, Maintain & Upgrade Accounts Related information daily basis in both the ledger & software with 100% accuracy.
  • Preparation of Payroll and disbursement of Salary.
  • To do VAT, Income Tax, A.I.T related task.
  • Maintain & keep sound relation/ liaison with Head Office, Corporate Office & Inter Department of Sky View Inn.
  • Formulate & implement policy/ plan in collaboration with Top Management.
  • To know all books of accounts and maintain all those books of accounts.
  • Any other task as/ when assigned by the Supervisor or the delegated person or Top Management.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
  • Academic qualification will be flexible for more experienced candidate specially in the Hotel Sector & having Software Operating Skill.

Experience Requirements
  • 4 to 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Group of Companies, Hotel & Restaurant, resort
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Hotel
Additional Requirements
  • Age 35 to 50 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • At least 4 – 7 years practical experience in the relevant position in Finance & Accounts Department in any Reputed Hotel, Group of Company or any Private Limited Company is mandatory.
  • Skilled to operate various Software is must specially ERP Software, Oracle, SAP etc.
  • Must have the proper knowledge in chart of Accounts.
  • This is a Mid Level Management Position; so, please do not apply if you have no practical working experience in the similar position.
